$RAIDZ and marketplace economics
$RAIDZ is a proposed functional settlement token for the Raidz marketplace. It is not deployed as of the documentation status date, and there is no official contract address, pool, chart, price, or purchase route.
Intended utility
The design maps token use to marketplace actions:
- projects fund creator campaigns in
$RAIDZ; - accepted creator work settles in existing
$RAIDZrather than newly minted mission emissions; - direct creator services may settle in
$RAIDZ; - a future, gated route may require a
$RAIDZstake before an eligible project can fund rewards in its own token; - future professional campaign tools or creator-intelligence calls may be priced per use.
Token ownership does not create reputation, guarantee work, produce yield, or promise access, earnings, governance, or appreciation.
Marketplace flow
For the MVP contract prototype:
- 8% of gross campaign funding moves to
FeeRouter; - 92% funds the campaign creator pool;
- each accepted creator reward releases 70% immediately;
- 30% remains for retention verification.
The fee router uses fixed allocations:
| Recipient slot | Share of marketplace fees |
|---|---|
| Operations / treasury | 50% |
| Growth / distribution | 20% |
| Product / development | 15% |
| Verification / data | 10% |
| Reserve | 5% |
Actual recipient addresses must be non-zero and are mutable by the two-step owner in the prototype. Production custody and public labeling remain gated.
Pons V2 lifecycle
The planned token route is Pons V2 on Robinhood Chain:
create through verified factory
→ bonding-curve phase
→ graduation threshold
→ registered Uniswap v4 pool
→ permanently locked graduation liquidity under Pons rules
Raidz pins the documented Pons singleton addresses, a required ABI subset, and observed runtime bytecode digests for read-only integration work. Those pins are not launch approval. Immediately before deployment, the operator must re-resolve the official factory, chain, bytecode, access, audit status, enabled launch configuration, fee, tax ceiling, quote pair, preview economics, threshold, buyback settings, fee recipient, salt, and predicted addresses.
Proposed posture
The master plan proposes:
- no conventional private presale or free team allocation through the Pons flow;
- no permanent mission emissions;
- 0% additional creator tax;
- Pons buyback enabled;
- a treasury Safe as creator-fee recipient;
- final supply and live economics published only from verified deployment state.
These remain proposals until the signed deployment configuration and transaction receipt exist.
Project-token reward route
The website describes a future second route in which an eligible project stakes $RAIDZ and funds creator rewards using its own token. The staking contract, accepted-token rules, stake size, duration, slashing, refund, liquidity, price-risk, and settlement rules are not implemented. This route must not be presented as available.
Accounting language
Raidz keeps realized marketplace revenue, protocol fees, realized profit, token-sale proceeds, treasury holdings, unrealized token value, and token market value separate. Funding a campaign is not protocol revenue. Token price or trading volume is not project profit. The current economics record shows no verified realized campaign revenue.
